Nutrition & Exercise
The process of reshaping your body is a complex combination of understanding, motivation, planning and implementation. As with any good project… you must gain knowledge, set goals, define a baseline and, develop and implement a plan that gets results.
Whether your goal is to use a paper or automated system, finding one that does everything well can be a daunting process.
When looking for the right software suite we considered ease of use, price and especially how well the product combined both nutrition and exercise tracking. In the end, it had to be a great help in the change process.
In keeping with the direction of this site…the product of choice had to be something that our local experts could use as a valuable support tool as well as a great DIY resource.
We have evaluated several fitness software suites and we are proud to recommend the VidaOne product line.

The summary view shows you body weight, net calorie/kJ per day, workout summary and another workout graph. You can also customize the picture shown. |

The Food Organizer allows you to customize the database by selecting only the food items you want to see, and to import/export food items. |

The journal view allows you to see the food, workouts and health data you've entered for a day. You can also see various graphs, such as energy balance, energy breakdown or nutrients |

The calendar view presents a complete monthly summary of your help, meals and workouts. If you are on a diet, you will also see related information. |
