While we have constructed a recommended change path that addresses the three main pillars of fitness growth: Mindset, Nutrition and Exercise… we encourage you to experiment with all of the information, tools and local community services it has to offer.

A Comprehensive Approach to Fitness

 

Every fitness professional knows and we believe few would argue… the human being is a complex system consisting of three core pillars; Mind, Body and Spirit. Each pillar or component relies on the others to provide crucial elements of success and well-being.

 

Most people understand… because the core pillars are inseparable, each must be addressed with equal energy in a comprehensive fitness program. Efforts to grow and change in all areas of this fitness triangle will most often result in a system in harmony… a happy, stress-free and energetic “state of mind” and optimal physical fitness.

 

Our mission is to bring together wonderfully talented local professionals, valuable knowledge and tools, and outstanding local facilities in order to provide comprehensive fitness change programs that address all three pillars of fitness; Mindset, Nutrition and Exercise.

 

Our hope is… whether you take the "Basic" do it yourself approach, mix DIY with some local support or, take advantage of our "Premium" expertly managed programs... you find the Online Fitness Club to be just what you need in the way of education, news, tools, community and local support.

How It Works

 

“Do It Yourself” vs. “The Guided Path”… our approach sets a clear path that addresses each of the core aspects of your change work. Our local experts work together to guide you through each phase starting with preliminary advice and adding just the right piece of the puzzle when it’s appropriate. You choose how much support you want and when to add it.

 

Preparation... 

 

Education is a great first step and its available on this site in the form of articles and white papers on everything from exercises to nutrition. Online, Phone or Face-To-Face education can be added on a “pay as you go” basis or as a “track purchase”.

 

Community Support is a great second step. Attend local events and use the member forums to share your goals and gain knowledge. Again, one-on-one advice from our local experts can be added at any time.

 

Mindset Change Work is recommended prior, during and after the physical change process. We offer self-guided tools and exercise as well as export support. This is a uniquely powerful component of our programs. Our Inner Strength Trainers are certified and highly qualified to help you eliminate the emotional roadblocks to success.

 

The next piece of the puzzle is Nutrition… once you have established your goals and are emotionally ready to start, a change of diet and supplements can provide the energy you will need to start the physical change process. Use the site resources and local support to build and maintain you optimal diet. 

 

   

Don't worry, be strong...

 

Another reason to forget about your problems: Stress can make you weak. In a recent study, University of Texas researchers found that lifters who were stress-free showed greater gains in the bench press and squat than those who were stressed out... John Bartholomew, Ph.D., the study's co-author said, elevated stress-hormone levels can hamper muscle recovery. So, if you've stopped making gains in the gym, assess your lifestyle (or life perception); maybe it needs more attention than your workout plan.

The preparation phase of your program helps you to see the big picture and develop the physical and emotional energy to push forward into implementation. In the implementation phase, continued work in all of the above mentioned areas is paramount.

Our tools make it easy and with community support “Do It Yourselfers” can create mindset, nutrition and exercise plans that work together. This is also a great place to add expert guidance and come away with the ultimate plan.

 

 

      With your plans in place… its time to hit the gym. (If you haven’t already) The tools and support structure of this site are designed to help you track your success and adjust your program as needed. Mindset support assures that "failures" become nothing more than good input. Your local gym provides all of the other tools and support you will need and Trainers are ready to help you combine it all.
