• All of the core elements of the fitness triangle can be changed relatively easily and it’s a journey worth taking… those who do focused change work on all three levels, find systemic harmony and from that harmony comes long term strength, well-being and fitness.
• I share a purpose with all men; to provide, protect and lead. Men also have individual purpose and mine is to help others find their inner strength and success through very focused programs.
