"What happens in my life, is not nearly as important as my perception of it"

 

 

 

In my 51 years, I have learned many valuable lessons and done a great deal of work to develop a handful of core beliefs that serve me well...

 

• Life is a series of skinned knees (or failures) and failure is only a bad word when we are disconnected from our emotional resources.

 

• What happens in life is not nearly as important as our perception of it and, that perception can be changed at any time, for the better if we are willing to do what ever it takes to do so.

• Fitness good or bad, is a current state; it's a symptom of the well-being of your fitness triangle... Mind, Body and Spirit.

  

• It takes a healthy Mind, Body and Spirit to push through life’s big roadblocks and more often than not, standard fitness routines ignore one or more of these elements.

 

• All of the core elements of the fitness triangle can be changed relatively easily and it’s a journey worth taking… those who do focused change work on all three levels, find systemic harmony and from that harmony comes long term strength, well-being and fitness.

 

• I share a purpose with all men; to provide, protect and lead. Men also have individual purpose and mine is to help others find their inner strength and success through very focused programs.

 

Real men don't wait for their ship to come in... they build ships and go sailing.
